Colocasia

The quantities we order are of medium sizes as we avoid the small items of this product which have a low nutritive value while the big ones generally have a relatively high filaments percentage.

 

The cutting of this product is carried out automatically, then the washing process is carefully done in order to remove any viscous substance which is a typical characteristic of this vegetable and especially to avoid affecting the taste of the cooked product.

We put a small bag of coriander with a bag of colcassia as a present
