This product is derived from fresh fruits sorted and cleaned. Kernels are carefully removed by hand and the fruit is cut before being blanched and frozen.
The Mango is grown under Egypt sun and the are all highly selected. They can be most useful in preparing many dessert types: pies, compotes, or jams.
We provide sized and non sized halves.
