Our factory produces seven various sizes of this vegetable;
this operation requres a special and accurate care during the sorting operation processed manually and automatically in order to guarantee the homogeneity of each of those respective sizes.
Our product is individually peeled manually in a conic form and not horizontally, each piece is also cut at its bottom extremity. This necessary process, of pealing each piece in a conic form, aims to avoid forming holes in this area as this, while cooking, may lead to the loss of the natural vital vitamins of this vegetable. Moreover; it avoids water penetration inside the vegetable which causes damage of the product during the freezing and substantial leakage of the natural chemical characteristics and rich nutritive value of this product. Our production of this item is free of filaments and big seeds.
